Cutting
Our full-automatic CNC cutting tables allow us to cut any type of glass with great speed and precision. Our flexible production process allows for an accurate production of small and large series.
Grinding, polishing and bevelling
Our top-notch double-edge grinding and bevelling machines grind, polish and bevel the edges in a fully automated process. Glass edges can have a straight finish or they can be bevelled at any custom angle.
CNC Machining
With our high-tech Intermac CNC machine, we can precisely machine both standard and technical glass types. From laminated glass to ceramic glass and lead glass, we can mill glass into virtually any desired shape and perform drilling, cut-outs and other precision machining operations.
This allows us to offer a complete solution, from custom-sized glass to a fully finished product.
Digital printing
Thanks to our recent investment in a state-of-the-art digital printer, we can print heat-resistant stove and fireplace glass with a high-quality coloured screen or frame. In addition to solid frames, virtually any type of gradient can be produced. The technology also offers greater design freedom, making it easy to achieve fine details and personalised designs.

Screen application
Thanks to our unique process, we can apply a high-quality, perfectly defined screens to radiation protection lead glass. This finish can be applied directly to the lead glass or to the protective float glass used in our LX Premium solutions.
This type of screens are particularly useful when the supporting structure behind the glass would otherwise remain visible. They are, for example, used in clean rooms or technical doors, where the glass is installed flush with the supporting structure, creating a clean and seamless appearance.
Our screens are available in different widths and colours, with black and white being the most common options. This allows the finish to be perfectly tailored to both the technical requirements and the desired design of the installation.
Laser marking
Thanks to our unique laser marking technology, the Ultra-Clear LX lead glass used in radiation protection can be provided with a permanent marking directly inside the glass. This marking can clearly indicate the glass protection level, such as its Pb value (lead equivalence).
The technology also allows us to integrate personalised company logos and/or names into the glass. An effective way to combine technical identification with additional, long-lasting branding for our customers.
Sand blasting
Our sandblasting cabins allow us to sandblast the glass on small or large surfaces. Whether you need a complete surface to be sandblasted or only a logo or company name added to the glass, our skilled professionals will get you a clear-cut result.

Our R&D team developed a new packaging system that consists of foldable and re-usable supports:
